Good morning, Rotterdam.
We design high-rise workplaces, headquarters and mixed-use towers for a Rotterdam that grows up, not out.
A tower is not a tall building. It is a vertical district.

Rotterdam is the one Dutch skyline that builds upward. VANTA works only here, and only at height, where structure, daylight, wind and the life of the street all have to resolve in a single section.
Concept to keys. One studio, foundation to crown.
About the studioEvery tower casts a shadow. We draw it first.
All six of our towers on one table, lit by the real sun over Rotterdam on 21 June, the longest day. Scroll and watch where the shadows fall.
09:30Late morning
Sun 35° up, from the E (95°). Maas Vertex throws 240 m of shadow.

Six towers.One skyline.
Every building on our boards right now, drawn to the same scale. From competition line to topping out.
From datum
to crown.
Every tower begins as a single drawing. We resolve structure, core, daylight and skin in that one drawing, then build it floor by floor until the line becomes a building.
- Plinth What the tower gives the street.
- Datum Where the programme changes and the structure works hardest.
- Crown How it ends against the sky, and who gets to stand there.
One studio,foundationto crown.
We carry a tower from the first massing study to the last key. Take all of it, or only the stage you need.
- Concept & DesignThe tower's idea, and how it meets the street.
- Feasibility & DevelopmentProgramme, volume, yield and risk, before a line is committed.
- Structure & FaçadeCore, structure and curtain wall, engineered as one.
- Delivery & HandoverOn site until the last detail is right and the keys turn over.
