A competition entry beside the station: an office tower that treats its mid-height as a second ground — the floor that gave our studio its drawing vocabulary.

Homes over workspace over water: a slender mixed-use tower on the new Rijnhaven boardwalk, first of the harbour's second row.

06Kade Ninety
A new office shaft rising off a listed quay shed — the plinth is ninety metres of 1904 brick, and the tower is careful never to touch it carelessly.
