Who handles your data?
DTB LAB (trading as DTB WEB), Klifrakplantsoen 17, 3544 RE Utrecht, Netherlands, KVK 99157470, handles questions about this website and your personal data. Contact hello@dtb-web.com or +31 6 82085045.
Information we receive
An enquiry includes your name, email address and project description. You may also provide your company, phone number, current website, references, budget, timing, languages and features. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data. The hosting provider also processes technical information such as IP address, requested page and time for website operation and security.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to contact you, discuss your needs and prepare a proposal. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Technical security and general business correspondence rely on our legitimate interest in a secure website and accessible service (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your privacy interests. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or advertising audiences.
Who can access it?
Access is limited to people handling your enquiry and service providers needed for hosting and email. Cloudflare hosts this website. Resend sends your enquiry by email. Resend also processes data in the United States; its Data Processing Addendum includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers that require them. We do not sell personal data. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any such transfer must rely on a valid adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request information about applicable safeguards by email.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer, follow up and prepare any proposal. We consider the last contact, whether a project is still under discussion, and any legal duty or specific dispute. Information no longer needed is deleted. If a project proceeds, statutory retention periods may apply to business records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Email hello@dtb-web.com. We normally respond within one month and may request identification information if we have reasonable doubts about your identity. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Required or optional?
Your name, email and project description are needed to handle your request. The demo form also requires your company name, budget range and timing so we can agree on a suitable demo. An undecided budget and flexible timing are valid choices. Other fields are optional. We cannot process the form without the required details. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. We update this notice when the website or processing changes.
How did you find us?
If you voluntarily tell us how you found us, that answer is included with your enquiry. We use it to assess our channels under our legitimate interest in improving our service. We do not track browsing history or set tracking cookies for this purpose.
Optional advertising measurement
Only with your consent do we load Google Ads to attribute received enquiries to ads. Google receives technical data such as IP address, page, time, ad and cookie identifiers and a random enquiry ID. We do not send completed form fields, use enhanced conversions or enable ad personalisation. The legal basis is consent. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days as dtb-measurement-consent-v1. Refusing does not affect your enquiry. Change or withdraw your choice here under Cookies. Withdrawal removes our Google Ads cookies and stops measurement. Google may process data outside the EEA; also see its privacy policy and retention information.
