FIRMA: a whole company in one chat.
FIRMA is an invented company: a board and forty specialists in one chat. DTB WEB designed and built the website as a concept, to show how to make a service you cannot see clear and tangible. Stamps, a cast of its own and a brief you type yourself carry the story.

The question
How do you explain a service nobody can touch? FIRMA does not sell a product but a way of working: six departments that give one answer together. That had to be clear within seconds, and it was allowed to be fun.
The idea
The brand revolves around an office stamp: work comes back stamped, Approved, Ready or Routed. Forty dots travel down the page with you and land in the director’s seal. In the opening you type a goal and see which departments pick it up. Six directors and twenty specialists each have their own face and their own command.
The technique
The site is built with Next.js and GSAP. Headings spread from condensed to wide and the opening’s letters lean towards your cursor. Buttons press down like a stamp, and the brief follows a fixed script, so nothing is sent. On the team page the staff badges flip over, and you choose between a light and a dark view yourself.
A concept, not a client
FIRMA does not exist. Every name, price and document on the site is invented. Anyone who presses Hire FIRMA reads that FIRMA does not exist and this website does, and can then request a website of their own from DTB WEB.
